It is possible that we could arrange higher amounts for you, depending on your financial position. There are mortgage lenders that we have access to, who will lend based purely on affordability. This means we have in the past arranged mortgages for approx 9.5 times someone's salary.

We are also able to arrange "Self Certification" mortgages for people who cannot prove income. 

It is also possible to borrow above these limits if you have a large deposit for the property purchase or a lot of equity in your property for a remortgage. 15 -25% plus.
